Spellbinding
Using a soft sponge, we added a layer of lemon confit made with Spanish lemon juice and lemon zest - zingy, bright, and beautifully fresh.
We topped it with a Spanish lemon cream made with mascarpone for a perfectly silky, smooth texture. And of course, we finished it with a generous layer of our favourite Spanish lemon curd to complete this fresh and vibrant creation.
Our creation is completed with playful chocolate decorations, adding a final touch of indulgence and fun to every slice." - Fred Ponnavoy, Master Pâtissier
