Sustainability

We want to do the right thing across the business, which means making our entire operation more efficient.

Our carbon impact is at the forefront of our sustainability strategy, as well as working to minimise our environmental impact across our supply chain from the ingredients and packaging we source to the waste we produce.

Ingredients

We pay close attention to the sourcing of our ingredients, ensuring that our suppliers meet our standards for sustainability and ethics.

We audit all of our suppliers to ensure that they meet our environmental and social criteria, keeping in mind our long-term goal of achieving 100% sustainably sourced ingredients.

Packaging

We’re proud of our packaging, using 100% certified responsible sourced paperboard across the business.

Not only that, our unique glass ramekins are 100% recyclable and contain at least 54% recycled glass and are intentionally designed to be reused at home. Discover more about how to reuse our ramekins here

Climate Action

In 2023 we calculated our full carbon footprint and made the move to ensure that 100% of our electricity originates from renewable sources.

We’re currently working on our carbon reduction plan which will be aligned to the Science Based Targets initiative.

Waste Reduction

We understand that reducing our waste is key to lowering our environmental impact.
Achieving zero waste to landfill manufacturing site in 2023 was a huge milestone for us, marking the first step in our journey to minimise waste.

People

We're proud to be certified as a Great Place To Work, championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

We also have over 30 trained Mental Health First Aiders on site, who are trained to support our employees.
