A chocolate fudge cake in a pot - that was the brief! We set out to create three distinctive layers that work in perfect harmony. Our bake-stable chocolate crème combines milk chocolate and 70% dark chocolate, striking the perfect balance between sweetness and a hint of cocoa bitterness. We bake this silky crème with a light, dark brown sugar sponge, enhanced by a pinch of Guérande salt. Finally, we top it all off with our signature, award-winning milk chocolate mousse, made with over 40% chocolate.
