Inspired by one of Britain’s most beloved classic desserts, we couldn’t resist giving it the Gü twist!
We created a luscious raspberry compote bursting with 50% raspberries, baked it with a light, dark brown sugar sponge with a pinch of Guérande salt, and topped it all off with a silky mascarpone crème and a sprinkle of biscuit.
